I am beyond shocked at what I saw tonight. I am beyond shocked, that after:
1. Seeing last weeks 5FN Madame Die unclaimed because alb/kame didnt listen to me when i said "stand out of range at last 5%" in the strat at the begining of the zone.
2. Reading Neo's post on "stand the fuck out of range at the last 5% of madames".
3. Listening to neo go over strat and reminding the alliance to "stand the fuck out of range at last 5%".
4. Being reminded MID fight.
That Alb/Kame again do not stand out of range during last % and cause death by DoT and unclaimed, wasting 9 peoples night and 1500AP each.
I REALLY dont like to call people out, but I really dont even know what to do now. I am fucking DISGUSTED at the complete waste of time that tonight's run was because 1-2 people just REFUSE to pay attention, REFUSE to listen, and just over all dont care.
I dont care if this was your first or last mistake, there is NO reason for what happend tonight to happen after all I have done to remind you not to do this. I will take the next couple days to determine if you should remain in the LS after that display of pure incompetance, or if you will just continue to show up and go through the motions till you get your armor.
I was so looking forward to a relaxing salvage. Fully planned out, easy zone, nothing really to mess up. I am really REALLY tired of being the "asshole" that has to ask the question of "why the fuck cant you follow basic strat" when i go over strat before the zone, during the fight, and even post links on site. All I want is to have relaxing and fun runs and all that requires is people to do their job and pay attention. When will members realize that all it takes is one member not paying attention to end a run. I am seriously running out of fuel to keep wasting my AP on people that just really dont care.
Do people not realize what goes into salvage?
Do members not realize that I:
1. Pay for this site out of my own pocket.
2. Maintain attendance and go into alot of work of planning out zones to get YOU armor.
3. Spend several hours a week reviewing latest run strats and trying to optimize our performance so we can get as many people taken care of as possible.
4. Plan out zone routes/strats/make alliance/call cells/disolve arguments between members/delegate lotting/ and try to get members completed as fast as possible.
Just to see that members are not even willing to pay even the minimum attention during the run to get THEIR armor.
Can you start to fathom why i get a little upset when members make mistake they are warned about, or make the same mistakes over and over and over again?
