Other notable Experiance: Fought and killed every HNM pre ZNM implementation with exception of AV in Black Mage Role. Killed 3 TOAU kings / Dark Ixion as rdm support and as BLM. Low man sea / Limbus. Ran dynamis shell for over 9 months and functioned as puller for all dynamis runs.

COR: Comm. Tricorne +1, Martial Gun, Cor. Tricorne +1, Luzaf's Ring, mp gear setup for /whm, Moldavite Earring, Ugg. Pendant. Full relic other than belt. Missing denali kecks / Nimue's tights / Novio for QD setup.
Referances: None on phoenix but more than willing to submit to background check.
Other notes: (Removed after reviewing dynamis-bums application rules / policies.) Both my RDM and BLU are currently undermerited due to indecision on what type of specilization I wish to have with each job not due to neglect. RDM in particular I would prefer to be extremely effective in one area as opposed to somewhat effective in multiple enfeebles and that being based on LS need. Likewise with bluemage. Bonecraft 103 with all subs except goldsmithing on mule. 91 goldsmithing on main.
In regards to my current shell bank, I have changed the procedures such that I will not be carrying any type of bank across servers and will not be available to transfer until my current omega chipset is used.

Nice application. What jobs do you prefer to play?
Also, may I ask what is the reason you are transfering?

As far as preference of play it goes in this order needs of the event not withstanding:
Corsair ---> Black Mage ---> Blue Mage ----> Redmage
This is completely trumped by the relative needs of what we are doing. The overall utility of cor makes it win out in so many situations, but anytime where stun matters Black Mage almost becomes a given. Blue I love with a passion but I also realize that it has a fairly narrow band of effective usage. Red Mage I don't mind but I realize that I am merely a competant red mage due to lack of experience with it. It got leveled before Corsair did and I fell in love with Cor as a job so it got the backseat treatment. I use my rdm basically on an as needed basis (usually salvage)
My primary reason for looking to make a server transfer is salvage. I've put in more hours building parties and groups than I have in zones, losing a run due to monks leaving to an HNM popping or someone's work schedule change.
I also have a somewhat erratic work schedule which can generate problems. From what I have seen HM functions on an event to event basis. For example this past week I worked Wed from 10 AM to 10 PM, Thursday offFriday 10 AM to 10 PM, Sat 4 PM to 10 PM, Sunday off, Monday 10 AM to 9 PM, Tuesday off, wed 10 AM to 10 PM, Thurs / Fri off, Sat 10 AM to 4 PM, yet 2 weeks from now I don't work Monday or Wed but work Tue / Friday. This results in my attendance to be erattic at times. I have a 7-10 day lead time on when I will be available and when I won't. However for an overall Linkshell this creates large problems. In all fairness though I must admit that saturdays will most likely be a consistent struggle for me especially in the summer months.
As you can see I have minimal needs item wise so lotting is kind of a moot point for me, however being able to do advanced events in the game is extremely important to me. During my time in IN we rode the cutting edge of endgame, everyone knew their jobs, what each event entailed and everyone was committed to making themselves into the best player they can be. Since that shell died I have yet to be able to find a shell that recreates that atmosphere within my needs. From everything I have seen this shell meets that criteria. Let me be clear I am not looking to escape my server I am looking for a Linkshell that meets this requirement.
Regrettably there is no shell on siren that can meet both of these needs. The shells that are closest to being there don't provide the opportunities for salvage that I require. As a result I have found it necessary to search beyond siren.

We can work around the erratic schedule typically. We just ask that members of Einherjar post if they will not make it any given week, as that is the only event we set up jobs in advance for.
One last question: You seem to have a sporatic distribution of merits. Do you plan to finish any given set off? What will be your next job, or goal in the game?

One of my primary goals at current is to complete Death Penalty. However I have ran into roadblocks, most importantly TOAU kings. Given a 103 craft, and 90+ goldsmithing couple with high rank digging makes the gil / alexandrite issue less significant. Sitting on 70k ichor, 50k tokens, a very long ways off but patience has always been one of my strong suits. In fact my current projection puts completion somewhere early next year.
My 2nd goal is do the new content to the level that I have experienced the old. The idea of fighting pandemonium warden and other Tier 4 ZNMs holds a giant lure even outside of my eventual needs for mythic
Regrettably at current most of my exp time is consumed rebuffering jobs. I pull low man dynamis twice a week with a cop focus. I have a policy of I would rather eat a home point than wipe the shell. This can and does result in serious exp loss at times. Especially when using blm to do tiered sac pulls. My corsair also has not been 75 for more than a few months and given how much I like the job most of my meriting has been invested into that when I have had the time.
My einherjar shell had need for corsairs and as a result my main goal recently has been to improve that job as much as possible.
From a job to job perespective goals are as follows:
BLM: Finish off final gear pieces to finish the job. Merits are largely complete until / if SE ups the magic skill caps. I have tried to balance magic skills as much as possible to keep blue magic cap since gear options for improving blue magic are hard to come by. Wheras enfeebling and elemental magic have more options to trade off with gear.
COR: The aforementioned death penalty and creating appropriate gear set to take advantage of it. From a meriting persepective I haven't finished tier 2 since i am not running into many problems with abilities being down when needed. The phantom roll merits are to make it easier in situations where cor's are minimal and party flipping is required. I've found the extra minute to drastically decrease the liklihood of rolls wearing before they need to be reapplied. I still have the flexibility to increase the acceptable margin of error if I have consistent problems keeping rolls up on multiple parties. Since corsair is so ability dependant reducing recasts make things remarkably easier.
RDM: My rdm exists to meet shell needs, regardless of the shell I am in. For RDM i am have been debating between doing 5/5 slow 2 or 5/5 para 2 with appropriate magic accuracy for said spell. This would somewhat marginilize the loss of enfeebling magic merits from cap. Again corsair kinda put rdm into the backseat recently.
BLU: Blu regrettably is sorely undermeritted simply due to higher priorities for other jobs. For a very long period of time I only had blu and blm leveled and needless to say that didn't facilitate much meriting. Shortly after I completed RDM, I fell into leveling COR. As categorites on jobs with broader use get completed blu will get some more merit love. With the jobs / merits / gear I have available it just has made more since to invest merits into the jobs that will be needed more often.
As needs arise I invest more time / work into meriting particular jobs and areas. I have invested enough to be effective with each job (RDM notwithstanding from a merit persepective) while not robbing myself the ability to specilize in adjustment to group play styles. For example my -enim merits are leftover from before my time in IN when I had significant problems with pulling hate off tanks, I raised the enim down to facilitate doing more damage without pulling hate. When I joined IN this became a non issue which is why it's not capped.
The only job that I have been working on leveling is thief, and the only reason for this was to have a specific job for pulling dynamis as opposed to pulling on blu / blm / rdm / cor. As this would no longer be a concern I would finish off dark sub on rdm instead and then be in merit only mode for forseeable future unless need arose for me to level something else.
