Experiance you have with Salvage: To be brutally honest and shoot myself in the foot, here, I don't even have access to the Salvage. So~ I suppose I fail.
Experiance you have with Einherjar: I could never find an Einherjar linkshell on Odin. Closed population and all, it's like trying to get a date within an inbred community.
Other notable Experience: I'd have to say, my best asset via in-game experience is; blowing stuff up. Otherwise, in all seriousness, I enjoy taking leadership in leading low-man ENM's, BCNM / KSNM, and other fun events such as the solo/duo of La Vaule [S] Notorious Monsters. I've been to Sky, Sea, Dynamis (No wins..), and all of the other neat areas of the game. I've completed events in Dynamis and Sky. I have some experience in HNM, but not an overly massive amount.
Notable Gear: After reading Neosutra's example post, I feel a little intimidated. Anyways;

High Quality Staves, specific equipment sets for; Charm, TP Gear and Weaponskill Gears. Nothing exceptionally special. I use this job for the solo/duo of La Vaule [S] Notorious Monsters, primarily. I carry 'par' gear for party situation. Unlike most BST's, I use full Artifact Armor for charms, increasing charm duration by 100%.

High Quality Staves, specific equipment sets for; ...It's been a while, to be honest. I don't really play Bard, at all. I steal a couple errant pieces for CHR+, but, usually it's just a merit job for Madrigal / Minuet, and Elegy / Lullaby. That's about it.

Specific equipment sets for; Evasion [Solo], TP Gear and Weaponskill Gears. I do plan on building a Chakra set, as well as a Chi Blast set. Maybe even a counter set! Peacock charm, and.. Brown Belt [Quested!]. Oh! I have some Birdbanes! Monk with Piercing Damage? Woot! Not 75 yet, though, so it's still being used as a brute.

Other notes: I do my best to try and communicate with Japanese players. I only speak a very small amount, though. I'm almostaru complete in my goal to get all of my jobs to 37! I'm only missing a few more (SMN19, BLU27, RNG21, COR0, PLD0, PUP0.) I enjoy trying to solo events on my BLM/RDM, such as ENM: Brothers, KSNM30: Operation Desert Swarm, and I'm not afraid to try anything once. I'm from the Odin Server, and transferred about 2-3 months ago. Back on Odin, I was friends with the http://campsitarus.blogspot.com/ site creator, Tuufless, and some other very interesting characters who've helped me be as good as I am today (Shoutouts to Coejus, Croce, Accolade, Rhyis!) I'm kind of obsessive about keeping all of my 75 jobs at Capped Exp, before I do 'any' meritting! I'm a fun person, easy to get along with, and just trying to find some new friends on Phoenix. IIHazeII and Volume's linkshells seemed pretty stringent with their recruiting policy, and you guys seem like the perfect fit for me! <3! Hope to hear from you guys sooner, rather than later. Thanks for taking the time to read this; I took a bit to make it look pretty, and include all of the informations I could! (I hope you didn't get bored reading it!)

I didn't read the app... but there's a lot of information in there for me to parse out. Looks good in terms of applications, a lot of time spent on making it look good, which is a lot better than the lol one liners we've seen.
However, from the salvage perspective, we do have quite a few members who are currently geared and merited BRDs. BLM and BST don't fit well into the cell orders. Johnnycloud can attest to attending several runs as BLM, and only getting a magic cell on the last mob of the last floor, and that being his only cell.
Once your MNK is finished, depending on the type of gear you have lined up for it, that may be viable in our salvage runs. However, we have high requirements for the MNKs.
In regards to other events, we don't do KS99s often. Once a month may even be pushing it on the too often side. We rotate Sky, Sea, Limbus, Einherjar, Salvage, KS99s, Ouryu/Bahamutv2, and other miscellaneous pop NMs that the linkshell members want. I need a more insight to your expectations from this linkshell.

While I think Salvage would be fun, I don't think you'd approve me for it, so, oh wellz.

I have tried to keep that page up to date. The open slots are current, I forgot to change the Thursday event to Sea. So, it seems you would be interested in our Monday night events only? In this case, as Miraun said, we do not do KS99 more than once a month or once every 6 weeks. This is intended to change to once a month, but not until March-ish time frame.
If you are also interested in sea, we have space in that event, which runs Thursday nights and Saturday afternoons. At the moment we will be running ZNMs on Monday nights for about the next 6 weeks.
Thank you for your interest and application to our ls. Now that I have clarified the schedule somewhat (I will go fix our recruiting page...) could you please now give me an idea of exactly which events you'd like to attend? Thank you and sorry for the confusion.

Well, Alarial. First; sorry for the late response. I just recently started a new job, although the new job coincides within the LS times. As long as Sea doesn't run forever on Thursday, then I should be fine for checking it out.
So, with that being said;
I'm still interested in the Monday events, whether it be ZNM, Sky, Sea, KS99, SCNM, whatever it may be that's organized as 'Random Event.' Whether it's ZNM for the next 6 weeks, or not.
Thursday Night; I can definitely give Sea a shot. I mean, I am levelling MNK! So, maybe I can get a torque and some knuckles!? Haha. Anyways, there's gear in Sea that I can use.
Saturday Afternoon; Again, shouldn't be a problem. I would definitely enjoy being given the opportunity, and I hope that I can pull through for the linkshell.
Hope this sounds a bit more promising, and eligible.
